• Dhyas Creation provides private tuition for CBSE students from Class 1 to 12.
• By enrolling, you agree to abide by our policies, schedules, and payment terms.

2. Enrollment & Fees

• Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate details.
• Tuition fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances as determined by Dhyas Creation.
• Any additional charges for study materials or extra sessions will be communicated beforehand.

3. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect towards tutors and peers.
• Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Parents/guardians must ensure their child attends sessions regularly and on time.

4. Tutor & Session Policies

• Tutors are assigned based on subject expertise and availability.
• Any missed session without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
• If a tutor is unavailable, we will arrange a replacement session at a convenient time.
• Online and offline classes are conducted as per the agreed schedule.

5. Use of Study Materials

• All study materials, notes, and resources provided by Dhyas Creation are for personal use only.
• Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any course material without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect student information solely for academic and administrative purposes.
• Personal data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties except as required for service fulfillment.
• By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for academic excellence, Dhyas Creation does not guarantee specific grades or results.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or interruptions in online sessions beyond our control.

8. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate tuition services if a student fails to comply with our policies.
• In cases of fee non-payment, misconduct, or misuse of materials, the enrollment may be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
